Increase Business During Recession

Are you bouncing off the walls of the financial pit of doom? The economy sucks in the real world and you have better things to do than worry about how you’re going to survive the doom of recession. Here’s the solution!

#1 – Improve your product

No matter what your product is, you’ve probably thought of ways to improve it since you finished the mock up you’re now selling. How about offering an additional advisory service to go along with it? Perhaps, your product would be more useful with an hour of special training? Maybe, you could adjust the product just a bit and give your buyer more value?

#2 – Improve services

Smile and give your customer more of that great service you already provide. Contact them after they purchase and offer them more service. Give them something more than you’ve ever offered before, and give it willingly. Add a training program to your services, so your customers receive more bang for their buck.

#3 – Add an incentive product

Give the customer “something extra” as in more products. Do you have an additional product you can offer as a buyer incentive, to increase the value of the product you’re already selling? How about giving away the ‘rest of the package’ so your buyer gets full benefit of the product they’re buying? What happens if you give away another offer, as an incentive to your customer to buy the ‘big package’?

#4 – Cut the cost

I know everyone is losing money right now, so suggesting that you cut costs really strikes a low blow to your personal economy. Okay, so, you take a loss on each sale of the product, of 10% but you sell 10% more product? How is that a bad thing? If you’re willing to cut your cost and give the customer the benefit of your product for even less money, you’ve already INCREASED the value of your product, added some services, AND your customer is even more satisfied… Isn’t that going to reduce your advertising costs?

There’s a deal you can do – any day of the week.
